Shikisai is a background character in the anime series. She is a peacock who lives at Necromalia, alongside five other beings of her caliber. Quite theatrical, she can deliver long-winded speeches adequate enough to make Hagire Jakushita furious within seconds. Shikisai is the only female animal in the area, and holds that status in regard.
