Nekomaru Fuzui is a background character in the series. He is the grandson of Sanryōkyō Fuzui. Due to a past incident involving the Fuzui clan, Nekomaru accidentally swapped bodies with the pet feline (though he didn't lose the ability to talk in the process); an event that he detests mentioning. He appears to harbor a crush on Junkaku Tamazori, if only because Nekomaru is oblivious of the fact that the latter is another boy.
