Hōchū Ōtsuka (born May 19, 1954 as Yoshitada Ōtsuka) is a Japanese voice actor, affiliated with Crazy
Box. Ōtsuka's notable roles include: Akira Sendō (Slam Dunk), Mirao Kyao (Heavy Metal L-Gaim), Yazan Gable (Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam), Bruce Dochley (Coyote Ragtime Show), Shiro (Arakawa Under the Bridge), Jiraiya (Naruto), Melan Blue (Brigadoon: Marin & Melan), Masayoshi Kuki (RahXephon), Deneb (Kamen Rider Den-O), and Jason Beck (The Big O). In the He's Our Fallen Angel television anime, he voiced Karakuro Unā.
