Yōhei Ōbayashi (born July 29, 1976) is a Japanese voice actor who is currently affiliated with Amuleto. His
notable roles include: Noboru Gongenzaka (Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V), Artemis (Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal), Morgany (Beast Saga), and Baritone (Suite PreCure). Ōbayashi lends his voice to the character Skeeter in the anime television series He's Our Fallen Angel.
