Tadashi Hiramatsu (born March 17, 1963) is a Japanese illustrator and animator, known for his contributions
at the studio, Gainax. In the anime, He's Our Fallen Angel, he is responsible for managing much of the character designs alongside mangaka Hiroshi Shiibashi, who conceived them.
