Dracul the Rejected was a "minor-turned-primary" character in He's Our Fallen Angel. The father of Vlad the Palest and Lucy the Ironic, he was reviled for having murdered non-vampires, with reasons that varied (most of which were either nonsensical or just out of boredom). In particular, Vlad felt estranged from his guardian, and had to seal him away inside a garlic-shaped casket. During the epilogue of Episode 19, however, he made an unexpected return to the Underworld, wanting to replace his son as the main antagonist.
Ever since he lost in the fight against Atsui Daikon, Dracul has now been serving time in the Dilapi-up area. His ex-wife, Moldova the Iridescent, was held responsible for taking him in.
